Can't Flash via HTTP, nothing happens after I hit Upload Flash!

Hi everyone, I cannot get the FlashBios process started. I can access the webpage to flash, I select my flash file and hit upload and nothing happens, flashbios screen says nothing just the TCP initalized and the Ip info, I don't get anything else to say the bios is being loaded.

Ok figured this out, it was an easy as unlocking a hard drive, I forgot to do this, it's been several months since I have needed to flash and forgot to do this.
