Can't FTP to XBOX

Hi,
I have a 1.6Xbox which is running the latest version of Avalaunch. I can't seem to ftp into the Xbox with either Qwix or FlashFXP. I used to be able to do this but not anymore. I can see the IP addresswhen it starts up but neither progs can connect to it. I know the usrname and pass. Can someone please help?

You didn't happen to recently install SP2 on XP for your PC did you?


It comes with a built in firewall.

Can you still ping your xbox from your PC?

Yes. I did Install XP SP2 recently. I have disabled the windows firewall and it still does not work. I am using a crossover cable to connect to my Xbox. Should I enable DHCP? Also I can successfully ping my Xbox. If i try to ftp to it it says connection refused. Please help. ty.
