Found a picture of the same nand chip i have, which looks like this:
https://team-xecuter.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=12879&d=1357507199
^ I'm pretty sure them nand chips are used on the 4 or 5th corona
Also adjusted and reheated every point & cut back new wiring but still nothing
Thanks - NullRootix :)

After looking about i came across this, Can anyone confirm it working?

U need to touch up that green wire with flux and solder and try again. Unplug everything and try again
I did use flux i cleaned it off the sake of the photo and the greeen wire has been touched up since the photo was took but still nothing :(

also try to have less expose wire to avoid shorts
I'll adjust gnd black and brown as that looks fairly long but for most part there not touching the traces or board :/
Also used this set of cables to rgh consoles before

It gets far enough in that dump to suggest theres a communication error.

Rewire it, it's not the worst but it only takes a small outside interference to impact the read, once it corrupts once, you can bet your bottom dollar it will corrupt repeatedly.

J2C3.7 looks like it's encroaching the green wire.

If it helps you can wire adjacent wires on the reverse of the board, this can reduce the risk / possibility of bridging.
