Update: Can't get anything working...please help me

Hi everyone,
I'm hoping you can help me out.

So Here's my Problem.
- Got a BB Jasper (256)
- installed all the RGH Stuff (Coolrunner TX)
- installed with QSBs
- connected Nand-X to QSBs

can't dump my Nand. There is either a Problem with the Driver saying:
can't find USB-Device...

or if I get this to work (reinstall drivers, reset, recycle)

then nandpro keeps giving me a lot of Errors when reading the nand.

So as you can see everything seems to be screwd up.

Still to mention:
- rechecked soldering...sems to be fine trying to upload pics...http://s154.photobucket.com/albums/s250/Jubei-Ashura/Xbox/
- nand-x is on ver. 2.0d (still waiting for ck3i to update the nand-x)
- using nandpro 2.0 for dump

so grounding doesn't help

now a new Problem showed up. My PSU is turning red.
First everything was fine. Coolrunner steady lights now just a little flash then PSU red CR dead.

It's horrible everytime I try to solve one thing the next one is coming up. Gonna throw the whole thing out the window...

Red PSU-Prob solved...
The only point (I think) that was messy is STBY_CLCK
so i resoldered to the alternate Point.

However still the old Problems presist.

I start to hate it....

Thx for all your help so far. I'm giving up...
for today :(

well if you only get reading errors now it is definatly your soldering or you broke something
check the board or post pictures of your install :D

The J2D1 QSB looks like it could use some touch-up, especially pin 6. Also, point B looks iffy, the QSB might be bridging the pads for C3B1 and C3B2. I'd double check with a multimeter to be sure.

My 12 year old fitted a slim qsb today for sh*ts and giggles. Worked first time.

That's how easy they are lol

lol exactly u realy cant go worng with a qsb, its that easy but taking them off is a pain in the ass tho.

jubei try reinstaling ur drivers or try a difffrent pc and make sure u ground ur 360 to the pc case if u can.

UPDATE: Can't get anything working...please help me

So...after a lot of soldering here's where I am at the moment:

- Unsoldered QSB
- Cleand the Board
- Installed Pin-Headers:

Then I wanted to make sure Box is still workable so I put it all back together

But..guess what it's not starting up. So I think this one is fried.

Going to get myself a new one now.
