Can't get my Jasper to glitch correctly

Hello, I have been attempting to get my CoolRunner working in my console for a while now with no luck. I have read the tutorials and several other help threads, and they got me further along, but now I am stuck again. I have no camera for pictures, so I will make this as detailed as possible.

System is a 16MB Jasper, CB 6751, Dash 2.0.136040. I have the CoolRunner and appropriate QSB, programmed with iMPACT using the Xecuter cable. A 68nF capacitor has been attached.

I read the NAND using a homemade cable and NandPro, performing four dumps to make sure there were no errors.

If I am using the original NAND, it boots up on the first or second green flash every time... but only with the capacitor installed. Without it, it booted about 10% of the time, the rest of the time it went to 5 flashes and then red ringed. However, it now refuses to output through the HDMI port, and only works with the normal A/V cables.

When I attempt to write image_00000000.ecc and boot... nothing happens. No green LED flashes from the CoolRunner at all.

Can anyone shed some light on this problem?

1) No green LED flash could suggest bad connection /soldering

2) Check that you created the correct ecc file for your Jasper. Use Multibuilder

2) Did you remember to use +W16 (16 mb Jasper) when you flashed ecc. file

I get the green LED normally however. Doesn't that suggest my connections are good?

2) Check that you created the correct ecc file for your Jasper. Use Multibuilder
I forgot to mention, it was created with Multibuilder 0.3

2) Did you remember to use +W16 (16 mb Jasper) when you flashed ecc. file
Yes, I remembered to do this.

If you are using the original NAND it should boot straight away EVERY TIME. If this isn't happening, your wiring is at fault.

i think it may again be the green wire on MB (pll_bypass) as this via is the easiest to break, check continuity with the alt points
