Can't get my X360USBPRO V2 to work! Please help!

Alright so I just got my X360USBPRO v2 and I just updated the firmware on Device Manager and Jungle Flasher won't detect my X360USBPRO v2 and I don't know what to do next... I have read alot of forums and searched it on Google but no luck so please help me Thanks

Did you use the driver here?

If your Update switch off?

You are powering it with 12V right?

If using a USB hub, try pluggin it directly on the PC.

Yeah I downloaded the firmware and uninstalled it and reinstalled it now it says i have Xecuter CK3i USB Controller (COM3) and (COM4) under ports under Device Manager

Post a picture of your Device manager.

sounds like you have not installed the x360usbpro side of it, just the ck3i side... there's two drivers

Just follow this guide.

Take note of what files are affilicated with the device, uninstall the device, delet those files.

and am I supposed to use X360USBPRO_UPDATE_TOOL_v0.12 to update the firmware on my x360usbpro v2? because it says I have to have a .hex file but it didn't come with the download

The X360USB PRO 2 has two sets of drivers, one for the CK3i Drive power controller and the other for the X360USB PRO USB Data Controller
