cant get x3 5v led to light up using xapt3r

xapt3r locates and connects correctly when pushed into the motherboard.
but 5v led not light up. most cases seem to be solved with better connections, ie resoldering, but i use xapt3r.
is it possible to make a better connection on xapt3r pin 6?

Did you clean all the points to remove oxidation before fitting the Xapt3r?

first i've heard of it. what's best to clean them with?
since you mentioned oxidation i found another post recomending a pencil rubber?

please disregard my previous message. I don't know what i was thinking. probably it was cuz I was up late putting the finishing touches on my x3 and lcd screen.

the solderless doesn't work on 1.6 boxes.
