Can't get X3 Bios to Save

I need help flashing my xecuter 3...I cant get it to save. It goes through all the way then powers off; but doesnt save.

I have 1&2 set to on 3,4,&5 off
I also have the flash protect off.

when u say doesn't save...do u mean u get flashbios screen back when u reboot??

Soundsl ike u are probably reflashing Cromwell back to your X3 and not a hacked bios like 2913..
