ANSWERED Can't Install Nand-x Drivers

I have tried a xp and windows 7 machine and I can't get the drivers installed. I am following the tutorial and it won't work. I downloaded the nandpro 20d drivers folder with the x64 sub folder and do right click, browse, select folder and checkmark subfolders and I get error.

Please help. Doing exactly what I am supposed to be. This is the first time I have used this nand-x. Could it be bad? It is a newer one with V3 on the box.

Go to C:\WINDOWS\System32\drivers and delete "PTLIBUSB0.SYS", you should then be able to install the drivers correctly.

No such file exists. Only in the nandpro directory can I find that file.

I have helped a couple of users sort NAND-X driver issues.

EDIT: The problem appears to be resolved, using drivers from the nandpro20e folder worked.
