Can't install Tokyo Mirage on 2.9.3

When loading from album it just crashes while loading.

When installing it from sx installer fails with error unkown nca magic 3c72a043 decryption failed.

Other games work fine, just cant install this game
Tried several different nsp and xci none of them worked.

sxos 2.9.3 firmware 9.1.0

I'm gonna give you the benefit of the doubt here and ASSUME you know the rules....dump your game again. Then try again.
