Can't login in chat support

I have just registered on TX Chat support, but as soon as I verified my e-mail, in the top right of the page it gave me a message in red saying my IP was temporarily blocked to enter the chat.

Any reason for it? I tried to search about it but did not find anything. And I can't see why my IP would have been banned before even I was able to login for the 1st time, as I never broke TX's rules and such, not even when the Discord server was a thing.

I'm not evading anything. I have done absolutely nothing to get IP banned. That's why I want to understand what exactly happened. If I was indeed banned and it wasn't a technical issue, I'd just like to know why and what I could to to reverse it.
