cant play backups at all with ms28 drive!!!!!

Ok flashed my ms28 drive recently with the (quiet) firmware.Everything seemed to have gone right.Then i backed up one of my games using a kreon drive and verbatim discs.I put the backed up game in my xbox and it comes up ''unplayable disc'' or something about cleaning the disc.Original games work perfectly with no issues at all.I have not been able to get the disc to play even once and the console isnt that old.I read somewhere before that your better off flashing your drive with the (fast) firmware or an older version.Should i reflash or should i do something else??Please give any suggestions.Thanks.

i would need to know more about your burns.

i burned the game with a philips dual layer burner drive.I set the speed to 2x.i used xbox backup creator to read and burn the game.

did you use your toshiba sh-162c drive to read the disk? also what media did you use to burn it on?

tell us how u burn them like what u use to read them
and using better media would help

Sorted the problem afterwards, for some reason i had to use imgburn instead of xbox backup creator and the game worked 100% perfecty, dont know why but im glad its working now.Thanks for your help at the same time.
