Can't properly download flashbois

When I click the bios to download I just get the encrypted data on the screen. Right click save target as only saves a htm file.

Using IE 7... is that the issue?

Why do you need flash bios?

flashbios is a tool thats is on the x chips anyway it is used to flash the x2 or x3 bios to your chip it is not used to run your backup or dash and apps
