Have you opened the console before?
Yes, to flash the dvd drive

Are you working on a non conductive surface?
I'm working on a dry wooden table!

Did the console work before opening it?
Yes, the console was working fine until I tried to read the nand. After that it doesn't boot anymore
Everytime I look at your JRP it looks more like a clone, it's pretty different to mine, maybe that's the issue

It's a real one! I checked it on; serial.team-xecuter.com.

But i'f it's a fake one, then why does my xbox not start?

Yes, several times!

Too bad that the solution is so hard to find
if you want, you can send the board to me, I'll check it to see if I can read the nand for you. If you only provide shipping back and forth, I won't charge anything. Rest of installation you'll have to do yourself if I'm able to read the nand.

I wonder if the remaining QSB could be causing the trouble
I take no responsibility if removing it does not fix your problem
then lets try the stand alone ECC file to get xell dont worry about creating a image for now
You can also try soldering the wires for nand under the motherboard

What does the console do now when you attempt to start it
You might have a problem with the south bridge chip
How did you get a donor nand with out getting xell
If you need a jasper big block nand for testing the read write function let me know
Your console at this point will not boot start anything but xell with the CR-4 installed
When your knew its almost impossible not to destroy the QSB when removing
The rule for removing is destroy the QSB not the motherboard

I'm with STUCKNVEGAS on this one,hit up your nand read points from the underside of the board , this usually works when topside is troublesome or has a glitch chip already installed. The QSB's can give you problems but only if they aren't installed properly or have bad connections.

Got all the qsb's from the board! still the same error's.
When I try to write I get error 202!
I also tried the nand wires at the bottom, but that doesn't matter :(
