Hello everyone!
I'm new here and I need help please.
I used checkpoint to save my backups and then, I transfered everything to my laptop. From there, I formated my Nintendo Switch and tried to restore my backups using checkpoint 3.6.0.
I played the game once, then went back to checkpoint but nothing appears. The game and the title appear but not the backup.
I can't see my backup from Zelda in the checkpoint app:cry:
Please help me.
I've been looking all over the net for months...
Thanks a lot.
Takuya

Did you put your backups in the correct folder on your SD? I have not tried restoring any saves yet myself. Not sure if you are supposed to open the game and then restore the backups or restore the backup and then launch the game.

Try copying the saves from your computer again to the correct folder on your SD and try to restore.

Thank you for your help imprezgc8.
I finally found a solution. The problem wasn't coming from the files or the folder. For some unknown reason, when I copied the files from my MAC computer to my SD card it didn't work. However, when I copied the files from a WINDOWS computer to my SD card, I was able to successfully restore my backup.
I feel so relieved now.

Ahh glad you got it working. That has something to do with the archive bit that the Mac OS adds to files. You can remove it from the terminal or booting to hekate first which has an option to remove it. Of course using windows as you mentioned will also not give you that problem.
