it's your PC that's the issue here I think........rule out any updates u have done recently.....also have u tried another molex to power the drive?

well could it be the pcb if jf is showing the drive etc also would a pcb fry just by udating the dashboard

yer he has scored the fix as you put it lol its worth it just to get it done and my pc is fine as i flashed 3 xboxs since with out a problem at all just a lesson to backup all keys etc
