cant select anything in flash bios

hey guys the title pretty much sums it up i can bott into flash bios but i cant navigate.

Try using a Microsoft original control pad.

yeah i got a controller s but i looked around hard on these forums and found sum ppl have the same prob and the tried a remote control it worked but i dont have a 2nd controller or remote control dam
