Cant solve i/o error at 49%

Hi everybody
I read a lot and try to understand as much as i can about backing up xgd3 games!
Ive got all my games patched succesfully with abgx but alwas get the same error i/o at verifying at 49%

my dvd drive supports the payload tool and gets enabled!

I tried a lot of different settings in imgburn with and without HT and so on!
same like opc on, opc off, and different spped settings! I dont know where
the problem is! I Also tried in save mode with high priority in task manager!

the burning process alwas finished succesfully to 100%!
Maybe someone can tell me whats wrong (i know its no ihas drive)
