Can't SX Pro on another Switch?

I accidentally upgraded my Switch to 6.2, then couldn't use the CFW anymore. I exchanged mine with a friend's, which is still on 6.1. I deleted the license.dat file on the SD card, and tried to follow the same process to activate the SX Pro, but it said 'license already used'.
Any idea?
