Yes they were all as per normal for the xenon

Does the Xenon boot?
It's an old rrod Xbox that had being lying around, it's all I have to check it at the moment. I should still be able to read the nand shouldn't I.

but you could also try reading/writing nand with progskeet(This isnt an Team-Xecuter product, i know, but it might help), also Team Cygnos put out a device similar to the demon that is just a nand reader/writer, or Demon(I would suggest this if it isnt a BB jasper). these both bypass the southbridge for nand read/write. if the system boots after this, then use that to write your glitch image, and you can skip the SPI programming.

With a slim I got with damaged SPI I installed a Demon as that writes directly to the NAND instead of using the SPI. Something worth considering if it is a one off as the cost of a progskeet or other parallel programmer is similar to the cost of a Demon and the Demon gives more functionality.
