Wow say that title 3 times fast... geez..

Anyway I wanna buy an xbox carrying case to hold the console, all cables, and 2-4 controllers.. There's one on www.bestbuy.ca but it's $40. And I mean come on, it's a carryign case, it shouldn't be more than $20. Having some trouble finding something with cheap shipping located in Canada (Ebay is like $20 cdn, but then $20 US to ship!).

If anyone can help locate some, lemmmmmmmmmmme know! Also, alcohol testers (breathalizers).. looking for one :) Not found on Divineo.net either.

I absolutely agree! $40 is rediculous. How much is $40 American in Canadian dollars? Almost $80? Unrelated, but I was curious.

You see, as I said, I agree that is too much money. What I've done instead is gone to my local Walmart and bought a backpack. It's kinda purse style... (I mean "man-bag." :)) It's just the right size for the XBox to go in. Now, just take some sissors and cut out a section of the bottom. Enough for the cables and the fan grill to point out of, then tape off the area around it (or burn it if it's the the right material, like nylon) so it doesn't fray. If done correctly, you can sling the 'box over your shoulder without it falling out, plus have room in all the pockets for the controllers. Since you have a mod chip, you should be able to get away without having room for game boxes.

Sorry if that's not useful. Just offering a suggestion and also sharing my disgust of that price.

PS: I really haven't actually done the cutting part above, since I need my bookbag for school, but it IS the perfect size for an XBox, and theoretically should work great.

I'll be in Toronto Mon-Wed next week ... if this is something I can pick up at Best Buy or Circuit City (search on 27514 Zip code for stores near where I live) ... it might help with shipping costs. I'm not going be a mule for every man and his dog, but if it might help out, please let me know so I can buy what you need.

lol ya carrying cases can be expensive. as for $40 american being $80 canadian umm ya exchange rate isn't that bad... an xbox carrying case is about $40 canadian at most stores like best buy or future shop. that may seem like alot but even camera cases cost around that and a camera is alot smaller.

Those Xbox Bags aren't worth it. First of all, what else can you use it for other than an Xbox. You wouldn't go to the Airport 6 years from now with clothes or a laptop inside a bag that says, "Xbox". And secondly, a bag that says Xbox is just begging to be stolen. It should say something that discourage people from looking inside, like School.

I use a really nice Swiss Army bag I got for traveling and mountain biking. It has alot of cushion inside and in the pockets. I use it for carrying my xbox around, and because it is a travelling back, it has a headphone hole on the side. That way I don't even have to take my Xbox out of the back because the cables can easily be fed through the rubber patch. It is ofcourse water resistant too.

Heres a pic. (mine is blue)
