Case mod in progress.

not a bad job mate but id seriously go over it with the sanding drum that you get with a dremel to get good straightish lines then finish it of with sandpaper
i just buy the cheap packs that you find in a local diy store that have 3 grades of sand paper
here are a few of mine and most of the work was done with the sanding drum

Im gonna wait until i can get a cheap spare case (Just the top) and take other peoples advice and try and make it better. I Will then spray it and stuff, but i don't wanna spray mine atm as i don't really have the money to be spending on it and the sanding drums i got with my dremel are pretty crappy.

yours is spot on mate, the only thing i would say with the slims is give a good inch on the left hand side of the case as you have those nobblie bits for the side covers to atach on to and it also gives you room to hot glue the plexi glass

also instead of the pointy corners when you use the cutting wheel leave a triangle in each corner then use the sanding drum to sand away those triangles and it will give you nice curved edges like this
