Ok, alternative solder points is what I meant. If you lift, burn, wreck, ruin a point, the link I gave you gives an alternate soldering point for each. You just need to scroll down to the pic of the points you need, then probe with a ohm, multimeter for continuity from the alternative point to you pins on the qsb. Whatever points reading no continuity, you will need to run a jumper wire, or resolder them.
ooh so the pads on the qsb:p
will do that asap and get back

Why does it look like you have the nand x usb cord pluged into a stereo reciever?
My wife says the same thing!!! she spotted what appears to be the problem within 30 seconds!!!
naw its my mini supercomputer;), but thats for another story

edit:yea i completly burnt out a pad on the qsb how should i reppair it?

Personally, if I were you, I would simply:

1. Desolder the QSBs and use the Pin Headers instead or even the direct wiring method.
2. Use a 15W or 20W iron instead of the 40W iron you're using. This is the main problem.

I suggest you get a 15W/20W iron, and until you don't get it, don't go any further with this project of yours. If you don't do this, I don't think we'll be able to help you as you'll probably ruin your Xbox360 in the process of trial and error.

And, how many times does one has to Bump his thread? Its not even been one day since you created this thread and bumped it 2 times already. Consider this a warning or you'll get an Infraction for Spamming next time.

Personally, I make sure they go through. Ensuring a connection on both sides of the board. Just my opinion.

for the read/right wires just solder them on top to make it easier to clean up and remove when your done. On the jtag diodes side you should try to get them someone inside the holes to ensure a good connection.

Remember flux paste is your friend when soldering.

I could be wrong, but I think what he's saying is solder in the pin headers, then run wires under the board to the required alternate points.

On the underside...like in the photo's

So... basically you fit the pin headers, then you solder the wire to the bottom of the pin header and then to the alternate point on the underside of the board

You might not have to solder every pin header with a wire......that all depends on the amount of damage already there?

4th & 6th photos

J2B1.5 Looks minced from one of the pics.

It should be 'above' J2B1.6 (Blue) but appears to be in J2B1.7 too.
