CD media help

Okay I found out a good media type for my xbox the CD+R but can't seem to find them any where around here or on the net and I also have a DVD burnt to a CD that my uncle gave me he told me to find out how to do it before he would help he has been doing it since DVD came out and still won't tell me so could you please tell me two things 1 Where can I find CD+R and 2 How can I burn DVD to CD? please help

There's a tutorial on xbox-scene.com but you need a particular cd-rw drive, just go to xbox-scene.com and search the dvd tutorials. You can use standard cd's, it's just the burner that does it twice as good I think.
