[USA] Central Illinois lite-on drive needs help, I have all supplies needed.

I live in central Illinois aria (Pekin, Peoria, Manito) I have all the supplies and just need somebody to do it, as my hands are torn-up from eczema. I tried it anyway on a different drive (and system) and fried it so now I'm seeking a pro. What I want is the original dump (probably just e-mail that part? whatever you want really to try to get it to me.), the initial flashing of the drive, and a more permanent way of keeping the lt-clip on the board in all the right spots (solder? once again so long as it works I leave it to your preference). Hoping we can just meet-up somewhere and get do it that way, but willing to ship if necessary. Please pm or post some quotes on the price of what I'm asking for and how you'd want to do which parts.
