Does anyone have a idea of the risks of playin backed up games on live!!

Right now your go to go but who knows how long that will last. This coming monday or the end of this month. Who knows it could be to the end of next year. But if you mod the 360 then your taking the risk of Breaking,Being Ban and willing to except the consequences of your actions. Mean you are willing to buy another one cause you F'up by breaking or being ban. I cant sit here and tell ya its 1 and a million to get caught cause it would be stilling you a lie.

I am not trying to deter you but giving you a taste of honesty.

can anyone tell me if its ok to go on live with older firmwares as long as i dont play backed up games online ?

No one can tell you that with 100%. It appears as though they are not detecting and logging disc responses offline, so it seems as though it should be ok to use an older firmware as long as you only use originals on live, or when logged into live. That being said, if you want to ensure that you dont get banned, upgrade to ixtreme firmware.
