is there anyway to change DVD keys in a lite on drive i have a new drive can it be done with jungle flash or do you have to change the board

yes you can just get the key from old board and flash that whole firmware over to the replacement board/drive.
what is the best way to do that.....

if you know nothing about the flashing process the easiest way for you may be to just swap the boards out. will need a soldering iron to remove the wires and place them back. but if you want to modify the firmware anyway,nows a good time to do that,you will need to have x360usbpro or compatible via card for sata,probe 3 for extracting the key with,and some way to power the drive itself,i suggest using ck3i,its amazing,handles all the power cycling for you and all. other than that just follow the pmt method for doing liteon drives in the jf tut included with jungleflasher.
