GENERAL Change Liteon to Samsung

Hi, I have question about change DVD from liteon (DG-162DS) to Samsung (MS28). I have DVD Key from Liteon, but I dont have OFW files. Is that required?

Okay, I have another question. From last owner of this Xbox I get 2 keys (he's not sure what key is right), if I load bad key I can be able to load second key after that without any problems?

So, I dont need to get dummy.bin from liteon right?
Just load as Source "orig-ms28", as target sammy-2.01 and "Manualy spoof"?

And another problem, I have that Samsung from console with RRoD, so I'm not able to check dashboard varsion (post/pre 13141). What can I do with this?
I have ofw from samsung, and Jungleflasher say LT is 2.01.

@Edit.
Hmm, wait. I get this samsung from console and I dont know dash version on this. But console that I want to put them this samsung I have dash 165XX. So what (post/pre 13...) version of LT I should use?

If you are wanting to go online I would research what you are attempting to do, if for an RGH'd/JTAG'd boxes it doesn't overly matter.

Sammy's Dont support AP2.5/2.6 checks, liteons do,

Just swap liteon for liteon mate.

Thanks for this helpfully post... Thats Xenon, and before was there another drive (I dont know what), I think it might be hitachi/samsung.
