RGH Changing DVD Key

Just a quick question is there a way to change your dvd key say xell. When you load up xell the dvd an cpu key are there is there away to change that dvd key....? or is that embedded in the console its self..

Just change it on the DVD drive. MUCH easier and far less hassle.

you probably could edit its keyvault but it's got to be much easier to just flash the drive with the corresponding keys.

Yes so true but one problem don't have the drive to get the dummy.bin can only get into xell to get the key

yes true but its not when you don't have the drive to get the dummy.bin file its an rgh i fixed an wanted to make sure that games played from the drive..

You can build a 9504 dummy.bin using LizFix though. Since RGH doesn't care about drive types, it should just work.

Well i spoofed my BanQ with the DVDkey from xell i used the LT3.0 but no games will show only says play dvd idk what ever. lol it was worth a shot though:rolleyes2: Thanks again every body even martin i know i am a pain bro lol

Did you build your RGH image with the nofcrt.bin patches?

it should work even with a benq drive.

LOL i just notice that lol epic fail :facepalm: but would of thought multibuilder would of did that i pressed one but i guess some thing went wrong guess i will rebuild a new nand:facepalm:

Ok so i rebuilt the nand with multibuilder pressed 1 to build an have the BanQ hooked up the right dvd key an still says play disc now call me retarded but am i missing some thing cause the game should be showing up its a retail disc the frct file is there.....??

have you tried to build your image with xebuild v1.1 and disabled the FCRT.bin check

Nope never thought of that cause always used multibuilder but could i do that in multibuilder also or no an if so how......? but is multibuilder patching the file so it won't read retail disc...??

do you have to return nand back to stock before image build with xe build gui with FCRT.bin disabled is written or just write over image build with multibuider and glitch already working ? can rawflash be used to write new image also

I can confirm that if you change the dvd key on the nand with an RGH console it will produce Christmas lights.

Then you are doing something wrong.

I changed the DVD key and serial number and it still worked.
