Changing X3 Logo

Hey.

I download a couple fo x3logs of xboxskins.com and I put them in E:\x3logo.bmp and they don't work. I have tried a bunch of them off there and none work. Do I have to set up something in Config Live to get these to work?

Also, can you change the MS Logo & Trademarks ect. /w X3? Or do you have to download iND BIOS and flash that?

you have to make sure the logos are in 256 colour first as most are not 8)

either get one from ebay or buy an older console thats not been updated and do the jtag yaself
