Chip doesn't fit adaptor

I bought a solderless adaptor from modchip.ca and I have been having troubles ever since.

I installed the template and the wires are all in the right spots. The lights turn on. Now the xecuter 2.6 doesn't fit the universal solderless adaptor because one of the holes for the pins on the chip is blocked with something. How does the chip fit on the adaptor? Can someone show me how to do this?

Thanks so much

Sincerely,

Mark

The holes that are blocked on the chip are not used but being it is a universal adaptor some ships use those pns so either remove the pin or remove the bloackage ( do not know the effect of this) or get the proper solderless adaptor from a executer reseller.

Thanks for the help. I now have problems with my xbox. It turns off and on again all the time. The 4 lights are on on the adaptor. The wires are in place. I am not sure what to do. Please help.

I had the same problem if you push don on the chip then turn it on (with you finger pushing on the chip) does it work?
