chip flashes but no ones home !!

flashed x3 about 5 times & tried the last 3 bioses.

flashing animation (yellow/green bar) completes each time.

I switch the box on with chip enabled and it boots but doesn't display 'xecuter rox my box' & can't boot into x3config live with white button.

if anyone could shed any light on this i'd love to hear it cos i've done over 30 boxes and this ones pickling me...thanks

what colour is the light on x3 bios switch
if a version 1.6 a very very fasts tap on power button is needed to enable the chip
try a x2 bios if it works try checking your soldering again look at them all but check pins 13 14
