Chip Off Xbox Boots Chip On = FRAG

Hello I am having my first problem after many installs. I installed and screwed up the d0 on a 1.1 with a 2.6. I fixed the trace an xbox boots normal. I installed d0 on top of Motherboard. When I boot with chip off the xbox loads, with the chip on I get a frag. I have rechecked the pin header install and reconnected the d0 on top of motherboard. Any suggestions? Thanks. BTW, this is a new install the chip has not been flashed yet.

Check the pinheader with a multimeter. If that checks out, take a look at Big_Whoopin's diagram for the switches. That diagram tells you how to test the switches with a multimeter.

Thanks Fantmx I checked with a multimeter and pin 11 had 0.0V, resoldered and it was 3.3v. Everything works.
