chip wont enable 1.6

Hey guys.. just started working on an xbox 1.6 with the x3 im having a slight problem.....the chip wont enable....from what i have read, this is because of the d0 point.... however i believe it is soldered in there pretty well....i did use the lpc rebuild piece so it was pretty simple..... i didnt use it initially and i was getting a frag....so u decided to put on the rebuild...worked well...but the only thing is that i cant enable the chip. does anyone have any idea what it might be?? thanks

x3, xbox 1.6, lpc rebuild, chip not activiting....that includes the front panel with the banks (wont light up)

Do you have 2 led's lit up on the chip itself???? if not read my sig then goto the voltage sticky

YES BOTH THE LITTLE LIGHTS ARE LIT UP

does the switch light up red when disabled?

no no lights at all on the front panel

I have the same problem but the red light is on on the external switch. The two blue led lights are on too. I could really us som help.

wolf33 sounds like your switch may be bad, try unplugging the black cable plugging into your chip(the one from the switch) and try booting. See if there is any difference

ok well it worked when my xbox was fragging...so i dont think that something is bad.... im thinking it might be the d0 point....but im looking for other ideas in case it isnt
