chip work fine but no video

O.k I install my x3 chip on model 1.0 and the chip is working fine, I got 5.v and 3.3v on the chip the pro switch light is blue and the eject button is solid green and I don't get video at all, I'm using original cables and nothing, try to get back up bios and i get the purple light but no video and differents bank setting but I can't get video. I check pin 13 and 14 and there are fine.and yes I try it without the eject switch but nothing, I don't know what to do next any suggestions.

just to be clear...pin 13 and 14 video probs occur once chip is flashed with x3 bios...it's only x3 bios that makes calls to these pins..
Cromwell and Evox do not and so do not suffer.

I know i'm stating the obvious but solder is good ..ie no splashes.
also just try this for me...

when u boot in backup try to tap both switches to get the purple x...many including my xbox are very sensitive to the switch being held for too long.

If i press my switches i get purple x and no video..if i tap them it works..
I can repeat this all day
