RGH Chipping my XBOX

Howdy doody everyone!

Since I last posted, I got my hands on a free Xbox (needed RRoD fix). I was planning on chipping my current one (360 Phat Elite, Jasper), but didn't want to loose my online.

So with this new one (it's an old-skool Xenon, and it had the blades dashboard! Until my brother updated it -.-), just piecing together what info I found, I can use the new CR4, and I'd need a JR Programmer or Nand-X to read the Nand? Is that all I'd need to glitch my console?

If your Xenon is updated you cannot RGH it, you can get a DemoN and install a dual nand to your jasper so you won't loose your Live.

A CR4 and a Demon, but the Demon has been discontinued so happy hunting!

I'm in Ireland so customs would piratically bend me over and have their way with me with charges if I was to buy!

Guess the Xenon is getting sold! Still making a profit

If I was to get my hands on another console, what one would you guys recommend to glitch? Preferable a Phat console their cheap over here.

If it is a fat, in my oppinion a Falcon is the best, but a preowned Trinity would be better. The only consoles that are problematic are the Xenon and Zephyr, if you get a Zephyr it's possible to get it working but it's hard.

EDIT: you can buy a DemoN from here, its not too far.

Thanks for that! But I think it would work out cheaper for me to buy a pre-owned Falcon! I'd have to buy a DemoN, CR4 and a JR Programmer, which will set me back about €90! If I get a Falcon (would pick up a RRoD for €10), I'd save nearly €40 on the DemoN!

That's fine, maybe you can use the Xenon to practice Soldering, if you have low experience, practicing on another board can save you from killing the Falcon.

I'm fairly handy at soldering! Don the LED swap on all my controllers and such.... I'll just sell the Xenon to help fund the chipping!

It depends on the dash, but if it's updated, you will ned the JR Programmer V2 to read/write the nand and the CR4 to glitch it, that's all, if you want to save some money you can buy another chip discontinued like the Rev C or the CR3 lite/pro but if you can wait till October go ahead and buy a JRP and a CR4.

Glad you got a new console, what version does it have? Maybe you can perform the RGH1.

should be noted if you have a demon, you do not need the jr-programmer.

I think i explained it bad, if you provide us your dashboard version, it's posible that you can perform RGH1.
