JTAG Christmas lights after kv swap falcon

Well, I have a Jtag Falcon I just finished , I didnt want the keyvault unbanned on there so i swapped it out for another using 360 flash tool and got red and green lights.. so i flashed back the freeboot image using xell and it worked so i attempted again using another different banned keyvault but tis time using jtag tools unbanner with the same results.Do i unban it differentlly with hdmi models i have never had to do this before with a falcon but im doing same as i would a xenon board. I am assuming you are using the correct doner nand?

not sure what a donor is im using my freeboot nand and im importing a type 2 keyvault from my xenon have you had this problem before?

exactly the problem, you cant use a xenon kv for a falcon. I have a falcon nand if you want one, just message me.

um you can if they are both type 2 the kv type is more important then the motherboard it comes from also what freeboot are you running on your jtag ?

it always happens like i have had this problem with 3 different falcons, Im using a type 2 keyvault unsure of what motherboard it came from but i thought i could use any type 2 kv_dec.bin on any hdmi jtag ? I have flashed my xenon with this banned kv and it works fine says type 2 but the falcon wont take italo i tried another type 2 from another falcon and it got christmas lights also
