ANSWERED ck3.co.uk rating - bad feedback

Ahhh, apparently I am noob and I can't post on other forum sections. So I will post it here.

I receive from ck3.co.uk defective xecuter ck3i. It is stated that it comes with 90 days warranty.

I return it as ck3.co.uk support requested. After they receive it they tell me I will be refunded.

Well guess what form really long time I wasn't refunded. I las lied the refund was made. But it wasn't. For every of my next messages I receive answer that this will be fixed and I receive nothing.

But I guess it is only for misleading.

I was expecting this kind of treatment from some chines web store, but not from ck3.co.uk. I buy from there so many things. Recently I buy 15 VoolRunners. Never thought they will scam me like that. !!!

Instead of asking if ordering coolrunners is safe after the ck3i problem and complaining about the lack of refund, you should check your paypal and bank accounts to see if you have been credited.

If not, chase it up some more, or try calling them.

I had a very similar problem with ck3 back last summer with an item that went out of stock, and the problem was NOT!! theyre fault in the end. It was the time it took theyre bank to process the refund with paypal and then paypal crediting my account. It can take quiet a few days sometimes.
All was sorted and i got my money back and an apology from the team at ck3.

In short they can be trusted, and im sure you will getyour refund.

As everyone else has said, try contacting again, and if you paid through paypal then contact them. In my experience CK3.co.uk has been nothing short of awesome, placed about 5 different orders through them at different times, and not a single problem (other than recorded delivery, which means postman won't just fire the small Coolrunner packet through my letter box, and will rather take back to the depot making me collect!)

They didn't answer on my last message.

And I can't contact paypal because the 45 days insurance have passed. It is exactly 57 days after I placed my order.

I am checking periodically my paypal account and my debit card balance.

Nothing receive.
 
Don't sit and moan just Phone them. Ck3.co.uk is my prefered choice and always will be.
Just pick up the phone and you'll be sorted.

No I won't pick it. I am living in Bulgaria. To talk with them on the phone will most probably will lead to spend more money for phone bill than the ck3i price.

sometimes things slip through the nets, life can be a pain in the butt
just use google translate to convert a letter to him and send it. sure it will be sorted eventually.

I am happy to say I have receive the refund today and big apology from the ck3.co.uk staff for the delay.

After 60 days I finally receive my refund.

the only bad feedback i can find is this thread from 2012, they have always been reliable with alot of members, either this is a one of or there is more to the story that you are not telling us.

I never had any issues either except one of my last orders, which was sent to Republic of Korea by royal mail. I still got it just a bit later, but Mike promised that he would solve it if it didn't arrive. Highly recommended :)
