CK3 Lite problem

Hi all!I have a CK3 Lite.The eject button doesn't work but the drive still have power(I was able to flash my drive with it).What's the problem with the eject button???Thanks

How are you powering the CK3 Lite? If your using a converter like molex to usb, it won't eject since its only getting 5v and you need 12v in order to eject.
