diff between a pro and lite is, pro has usb and lite has rs232 (lite-on 7xxx key extraction)

however that doesnt matter anymore with the probe v3

so save yourself a few bucks and buy a ck3lite

Pro versions have a usb and serial port on them. Used for the old revison liteons. As the probe 3 now retrieves the key from the drive without the need for usb or serial. Most people opt for the lite. Just to power their drives.

As to spare. Someone may have. Check trader section.
