i bought this kit with no instructions , i do not want to come over as a noob i considder myself as well up on most tech , but i ask if there is a tutorial on how to use it , and do you need a sata cable . any help welcome.

Jungle flasher tutorial is a great place to start. Hint - jungleflasher.net
You should probably read and find out what you want/need before ordering.
There is a lot more involved than just a ck3i kit. You need to make sure you have the right VIA chipset or better yet get a x360usb pro. Pick up a molex power source and a probe and you can flash any phat drive.

You could have used the search bar or just scroll down an you would have found the tutorial for your PCB.
