What's CK3i COM3 error in AUTO process?

i'm flashing for a friend, I'm using CK3i and it gives COM3 error when using automated process...

i have seen this in the jungle flasher but for the Phat liteon, (see page 106 of the JF manual1.4.4).

Oh that's it, his console is Phat, I managed it now, thanks a lot.
