Clarification Demon HDD question

I've searched through the forum, and got some pretty mixed results, one thread even had two VIP members disagreeing with each other. Which leads me to believe the answer is really based on personal preference.

From what I have put together from various searches, is that it is "Safe", as of right now, to have JTAG/RGH content coexisting on the same HDD, only so long as you do not use your XBL profile to access the RGH content. Is this correct?

Which would imply that it is "Safe" to create a non-XBL account, and use that ONLY to play RGH content. Can both accounts reside on the same drive?

I have no problem signing into separate profiles for RGH/XBL usage. I don't even really have a problem with swapping hard drives. But if I don't have to swap, then I would rather not.

Thanks!!

You're very right about this, it's mostly preference. As I've said time and time again, nobody has been banned (console or profile) for having homebrew content on their XBL hdd, or for playing it on their profile (except with achievements). That said, it's possible for MS to see that stuff, so if they start banning for it many people will be on the chopping block. From there, it's your call.
