I got an HDD from my friend that is working fine when I connect it to my xbox.
I just bought another one and just copy/paste the hdd from one to another.
When I boot with my hdd connected it is not working, and again, my friend's is working in my consula.

This is my ini file:
[QuickLaunchButtons]
Default = usb:\FreeStyle\default.xex
[Settings]
nxemini = true
pingpatch = true
What can I do in order to make it work?
