Hi.
the nand-x pin headers go on the mainboard at points J1D2 & J2B1 but you dont need them you can just solder the nand-x wires straight to the mainboard
The Nand-x Wires are the ones from coolrunner?
How do solder them to the mainboard?

EDIT: Nervermind.

Hi.
All the wires to install the nand-x should have come with your nand-x.
The wires that come with the coolrunner are just for installing the coolrunner

You need to clean up those solder points for the NAND-X before you go any further.

There looks to be a lot of bridging and to be honest, I wouldn't be surprised if you have shorted something out on the board!

I would also strongly suggest that you remove and re-solder your STBY_CLK wire as well (maybe use the alt (FT2R2)) because that looks to be bridging also.

I tried to remove the flux with ipl 50% but it's not really coming off.

Is the solder on CoolRunner okay?

The green led stopped showing on CoolRunner.

Where is FT2R2?

do what the post above suggests, Remove all your wires and clean up each part, but i would suggest you get a pro to install, looking a this Pic

There also seems to be alot of bridges in your soldering.
