i modded my xbox. did everything to it. i ftp all the files going through a router. now i am getting a computer for myself and putting it into my room. so now i just want to connect my xbox right to my computer. Do i have to change any of the setting because i already tryed to hook up my xbox to my parents computer and i can not connect to it. what do i do?

cool, well i am not probably going to change the setting after all, anyway is there a fast way to transfer the files from my computer to the xbox, becasue when i use the router it take such a long time. thanks
P.S. it takes more than 5 hours for XBMC to install.

are you using flashfxp as ftp software

Use avalaunch as a dash, its quicker than evox.

You aint trying to install XBMC whilst using XBMC as a dash are you?
