Recently hooked my Xbox back up and stupidly plugged in Ethernet and updated live. I'm at 17489, is all hope lost for me? I read a thread that stated rgh is not firmware dependent, because it uses hardware. But when I try to find a tx coolrunner I see it listed with a firmware in the 14xxx range. Can anyone please clarify this for me?
I'm currently trying to flash my hitachi 79, and while that should be sufficient, I was interested in playing off an external drive to save on space and money for DVDs.
