Completly new to modding, and wanting to play burnt games.

Hiya there! I'm a total noob to modding, and I've been wanting to mod my 360 to play burnt games, because, who wants to pay 80$ a pop for a 360 game? I sure as heck don't. xD I've had a helping hand in softmodding a few Xbox's, and those worked out fine. But I want to mod my 360 to play burnt games, and I have a few questions about it:

1. Can I play burnt games without opening up the 360? and if so, how do I load the software on the 360? FTP, just like a normal Xbox?

2. What is the name of the modding software? and where can I get it?

3. Is there a way that M$ won't find out, and perma-ban my Live account when I connect to Live?

I ask this because I never paid for most of my Xbox games, and maybe I don't have to for my 360 games, seeing on how Gears of War and a couple other games have dented my wallet enough. xD

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

1. Yeah you have to open it to see what drive you have and connect it to your computer. You can't FTP without hacked bios which there is none for the 360 right now.

2.MTKflash, you can get it from the usual places.

3.Not really, if your worried about getting banned then don't do it. I personally don't think you would get permanently banned, only your account.

-You still have to pay for games, it is illegal to rent them/download them and burn. If that is what you are looking for then no one will help you here because of piracy.
