config live not working

Hi all. I used to boot into config live via the white button at boot up with my old 1859 X3 bios. I upgraded to 1959 X3 bios on my 1.6 and now I can't boot into config live anymore.

Is there a different method to use on this bios? tried like 20 times, nothing.

When you updated did you use the BIOS that was made for the 1.6?

remember that there is two bios types, one for v1.0-1.5 and one for v1.6.

Make sure you are using the one for 1.6.

if you are using the wrong one, the screen is black, and the eject led starts flashing red-green-red-green-..... after a while.

if you can boot to evox/other dash. and Autostart X3 Live Config = Disabled

press back+start( at boot time) to boot X3 Live Config

The bios is the 1.6 one, 100%.

The xbox functions and boots into avalaunch no problem, operates perfectly fine.
I just can't get into config live.

I tries the white button and the suggestion above with the back+start but it still doesen't load up. It does the flubber, rox my box and directly into avalaunch

Any other ideas? try to reflash or something?

humm, i think reflash would fix it,

but i was pressing back+start while cold booting, and i did not release the buttons before the Xbox Live Config screen showed up(some seconds didn't count :wink: ) earlier today, so it should work, it could be that only the back or start should be pressed, and i got lucky.

try it.

final fantasy 13

Does anyone have the same problem as me

i have a problem burining backup of final fantasy 13

is final fantasy 13 using a new wave ?

Are you having problems making the backup or playing it? I made a backup just fine using a Samsung flashed with 0800

Burned fine for me. All three discs. Even works fine on my jtag.
