My Xbox Account Got Hacked...Please Look
So yeah it got hacked but i managed to get it back coz i came prepared this time but just found out they spent £85 on M$ points, could i get the money back or not ? please help as im 14 and its my mums bank account :|

not sure but if it is fraud probably. Talk to m$ you may need to get lawers though. If you dont know who hacked it you may get your cash back but if you do it is way more likely.

You contact Microsoft, and if you still have access to your account, change your password.
Haze1012 and davidguinn, how did your accounts get hacked? Most likely a phishing scam
...Let me guess something to do with getting to a high level in a game

my brother inlaw got his account hacked over 2 years ago thye changed his password and spent loads of microsft points
anyway m$ looked into it and refunded him with a new 1 year subscription and MSP codes worth to the value of every arcade game and dlc he had ever purchased on that account.
so its dam worth ringing them up and see what they do
tell them your getting the police involved as this is fraud and theft
